Yes — JayTee House is a BYOB private-event venue operating in compliance with the Oklahoma ABLE Commission. We never sell or serve alcohol. Guests 21+ may bring and consume their own alcohol at a closed private booking, with photo-ID checks at the door. Alcohol is not allowed at Teen Nights or any event with attendees under 21, and it cannot be included in the price of admission. Full rules on the House Rules page.

Insurance is strongly recommended but not required to book. For BYOB events, weddings, or gatherings over 50 guests we recommend a one-day special-event liability policy (min $1M) naming JTwayne LLC as additional insured, with a host-liquor liability endorsement for BYOB. See the House Rules for suggested providers.

The total $200 deposit covers both your booking fee and the cleanup fee combined — there is no separate cleanup fee. Full breakdown on the House Rules page.

The $50 portion of the deposit is non-refundable. In some cases the $150 booking fee may or may not be refunded — please contact management directly. Cancellations 14+ days before the event have the best chance of a refund or credit.

Standard bookings cover up to 4 continuous hours. Additional time can be added in writing subject to availability.

Yes — every venue booking requires a government-issued photo ID. This protects the property and other guests. IDs are stored privately and visible only to JayTee House admins.

Each ticket has a unique redemption code (JTH-XXXXXXXX) tied to the buyer. Show it at the door on your phone or print it. All ticket sales are final.
