House Rules page. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
1. Agreement to Terms
By booking the venue, purchasing a ticket, generating tickets or otherwise using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use and the JayTee House Venue Booking Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Identification Requirement
Every guest booking the venue must upload a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of booking. Uploaded IDs are stored securely and used solely to verify the booking holder, protect the property, and comply with local ordinances. IDs are visible only to authorized JayTee House administrators.
3. Property, Conduct & Damage
The client is fully responsible for the conduct of themselves and their guests while on the premises. This includes, without limitation:
- Damage to walls, floors, fixtures, furniture, audio/lighting equipment, bar area, restrooms or exterior property
- Excessive cleaning beyond ordinary post-event cleaning
- Loss or theft of JayTee House property
- Fire, smoke, alarm-response fees, or code violations caused by guests
The client authorizes JayTee House to charge the payment method on file for repair, replacement or cleaning costs at fair market rates. Estimates are documented with photos. Damage in excess of the deposit remains the client's debt and may be collected through legal means.
4. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited on the premises and will result in immediate termination of the event without refund:
- Illegal drugs of any kind
- Firearms or weapons (except by on-duty licensed security engaged by JayTee House)
- Underage drinking
- Violence, harassment or threats
- Unlicensed vending, gambling or ticket resale on-site
- Open flames, fireworks, smoke machines or confetti cannons without written approval
5. Tickets
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets carry a unique redemption code (format JTH-XXXXXXXX) and are only redeemable at JayTee House Event Center for the specified event. Duplicate, altered, forged or resold tickets will be voided at the door. Tickets generated by third-party promoters through the JayTee House Ticket Generator inherit these same terms.
6. Cancellations & Deposits
The $50 venue deposit is non-refundable. If the client cancels 14+ days before the event, the remaining booking fee may be refunded or credited to a future booking at JayTee House's discretion. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the full booking fee.
7. Assumption of Risk & Liability
Guests attend events at their own risk. JTwayne LLC and JayTee House Event Center are not liable for personal injury, lost or stolen property, or consequential damages arising from ordinary use of the venue. The client agrees to indemnify and hold JTwayne LLC harmless from claims brought by their guests.
8. Payments
All online payments — venue booking, deposits, ticket purchases and (where applicable) door fees processed online — are handled through Stripe. On-site door fees may be collected via Stripe terminal or cash. JayTee House does not store card details.
9. Privacy
Personal information (name, contact, ID document) is collected solely to operate the venue and events. It is not sold or shared with third parties, except payment processors (Stripe) and law enforcement when legally required.
10. Changes
JayTee House may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10a. Booked Artists
Artists booked for a show at JayTee House receive 10% of every online ticket sold for that show (snapshotted at time of sale). Payouts are issued within 14 days of the event. Artists must provide a valid government-issued ID and agree to House Rules. Door prices are $5 higher than online tickets; door sales are not part of the artist online-payout formula unless separately agreed in writing.
